We are committed to only serving the freshest ingredients. We strive to serve only locally grown organic produce as well as hormone and antibiotic free meats and fish.

Our story begins in the early 2000s with Aurora

After establishing Aurora Williamsburg and Aurora Soho as premier Italian dining destinations, the Aurora team set their sights on creating a Roman-inspired trattoria in Soho. Emporio opened in 2009 and the rest is history.
